This promise covers any issues related to craftsmanship but only if the jewelry is treated with the care it deserves.

This warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, accidents, or mishandling. Treat your jewelry with love, and it will continue to shine with you for a lifetime.

In short, handle it as the cherished treasure it is, and I'll be there if anything goes wrong with the making of it (but not if it's been mishandled).

Center stones, both gemstones and diamonds, are not guaranteed against loss, chips, wear, and tear. All diamonds and gemstones can be scratched or chipped. I do not guarantee stones against this kind of damage, as that is out of my control.

I do not cover costs of repair or resizing done by a third party jeweller. If work is done on your piece by another jeweller after purchase, I no longer guarantee your purchase and it voids the warranty completely. 

Due to the costs and hassle associated with cross border shipping and customs, I do not offer repairs or resizing to clients outside of Canada at this time but can try to help you connect with a jeweller local to you to help you out. I do not reimburse for costs associated with taking your piece to another jeweller.

Clients are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, and/or VAT in their country.
