Unfortunately due to customs issues we do not accept returns on any items shipped outside of Canada. If you would like more information about an item before purchasing please contact andrea@rokoszjewelry.com. Thank you for understanding.

Orders Within Canada:

Any returns must be requested in writing within 7 days of receiving your item and must be returned to Rokosz within 14 days, unworn and in the original condition and packaging. 

No credit or refund will be given on the original shipping costs. 

Clients are responsible for return shipping costs. 

All Custom work, loose stones, personalized, resized and made to order items are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

All Chains are final sale. 

All items purchased on sale or with a discount code are a final sale.
